We have many years experience of partnering and all relevant information is shared with our partners to ensure continuous improvement in all projects.

One of the benefits of a partnering approach is the culture change it brings about, this enhances the trust and openness that can be seen throughout the entire structure that has been put in place. A critical ingredient to the success of this approach is the complete support from the everyone involved.

We strongly believe that partnerships provide better value for everyone involved in the delivery of our projects and framework contracts. By working with our partners we have continually improved and refined the practical application of the partnering ethos.

We recognise that excellent safety performance is critical to the success of our business, and as such, we have a dedicated SHEQ Team in place to provide expert advice and assist in ensuring that all our work activities are carried out in a safe and responsible manner.

Environment

Daniel operates within an effective and extensive Environmental Policy, which encompasses the issues of sustainable construction, recycling and re-use of materials, protection of the environment and our careful use of natural resources.

Daniel has developed an integrated management system containing robust processes aimed at ensuring that all our work activities are completed to the same high standard, on-time, every time.  All our service areas have documented, simple to use processes, which are designed to support our company objectives, meet our customer’s requirements and ensure profitability and long term growth.

Our internal audit programme and the regular review of our business processes supports our culture of looking for continual improvement across all aspects of our work activities.

At Daniel we recognise the importance of supply chain management as a means of bringing together all supply chain partners under a common goal. The key to our success in supply chain management is down to the development of an open culture, sharing of both knowledge and rewards.

Implementing a fully integrated supply chain within the various areas in which we operate has aloud us to improve processes, relationships and benchmark performance.

From procuring renewable raw materials to improving health and safety, our supply chain partners have had a significant role to play in the development of Daniel, and together we aim to operate in a sustainable and responsible manner.
