We carry out traditional and non-traditional civil engineering works, with the majority of it being carried out by our own multi-skilled workforce. We have a large portfolio of customers including Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water, United Utilities, the Welsh Assembly Government and various council organisations.
Our services include:
Drainage – main drainage including large diameter pipework and culverts, rising mains, sewer diversions, sewer requisitions, first time sewerage schemes, river and sea outfalls, tunnels and shafts, directional drilling, pumping stations including mechanical and electrical works, private drainage
Asset maintenance – sewer maintenance (24/7), sewer investigations, high pressure jetting, sewer lining, CCTV surveys, culvert repairs, river protection schemes (e.g. gabions, piles, reprofiling)
Roadworks – major highway works on trunk roads, highway maintenance, bridges, minor highways schemes such as widening, junction improvements, safe routes to schools etc, footpath and kerbing schemes, street lighting, surfacing and lining, cycle tracks, bridle tracks, remedial schemes to bring roads and footpaths to adoptable standards
Reinforced concrete – retaining walls and structures (precast, insitu, gabions, proprietary), storage tanks, CSO chambers including powered and non-powered screens, large concrete slabs (eg 800m3 slab poured in 4 days), circular fish tanks
Environmental Improvements – Pedestrianisation schemes in town centres using a wide variety of materials, hard and soft landscaping
Other – Private railway works, estate roads and sewers, earthworks, steel framed buildings, fabrication works, large diameter water main diversions, fish farms, coast protection works
Design – In house design team supplemented by a local consultant who is part of our supply chain
Value Engineering – We offer a proactive value engineering and optioneering service with customers to give substantial cost savings
